Useful Backpacks Mod – Expand Your Inventory with Backpacks
The Useful Backpacks mod boosts storage in Minecraft with three tiers of backpacks. Crafting the small pack is easy; you'll need four leather pieces, four wood planks, and a piece of string. It expands your inventory by 15 slots and can be accessed by right-clicking while holding it.
The main goal is to offer players extra portable storage. These bags let you transfer excess items you no longer need quick access to by dropping them in your useful bag. Next up is the medium pack, crafted similarly to the basic bag but needing two small packs. It provides 54 extra slots, still taking up only one normal inventory slot.
Then, there's the large pack, using just one inventory slot but significantly expanding your item capacity. Crafting it requires two medium packs and offers a whopping 117 extra storage slots per pack! With multiple large packs, you can carry way more items without using much of your regular inventory.
These packs act like portable chests, addressing the limited inventory in standard Minecraft. They're handy, especially during long mining sessions. Without these backpacks, you'd need to craft multiple chests and continuously shuttle between them to store collected items. Now, adding a backpack or several maximizes your inventory without taking much space, allowing you to carry way more items!
Additionally, this mod lets you craft packs in different wool colors, so you can personalize or designate colors for specific items.
