Utility Worlds Mod for Minecraft – Create and Explore New Dimensions
The Utility Worlds mod adds two new dimensions to your Minecraft world by creating different portals: the Mining portal and the Void portal, each with unique features.
The Mining portal is a way to keep your mines separate from your main world. It creates a flat, stone-layered area within your established world, reaching down to a bedrock sheet of five layers. In this mining world, you'll discover various ores, as expected in a designated mining area.
This dimension is solely designed for mining. It lacks caves, lava, or water, maintaining a perpetually sunny climate. It's an ideal choice if you prefer distant mining with easy access. You can return to your home world using the automatically generated return portal.
The Void Portal leads to a vastly different world—a simple 9×9 platform amid absolute emptiness. It's completely isolated from your regular world and devoid of any creatures. Although mining isn't possible here, the platform serves multiple purposes, from storing secret items to constructing accessible grinders. It's a limitless space for creativity.
These portals have an interesting feature—you can dismantle and transport them. Once placed again, the portal remains functional. This eliminates the need to keep track of your landing spot in the new world. Simply take the portal wherever you want to establish your new base.
